Lyselia is a brand of handmade customized gifts specializing in leather.
Genuine leather is one of the common materials used to create fashionable products and accessories today. Genuine leather also brings a lot of differences for the user compared to other materials. And among the real cowhide pairing is one of the most popular items today.
To make a complete keychain, meet the requirements of customers who have to go through many different stages. PROCESS TO CREATE A KEYCHAIN
In order to have a real keychain that fits the customer's requirements and good quality, it takes a production process with a lot of stages.
Design keychain according to customers' needs
The first and also the most important stage is product design. Design is the step that creates the soul for products and makes customers pay attention to their products. We have to put photos that customers provide on the standard size to fit on the keychain. This stage requires our designers to be very meticulous and careful because the image is easily blurred and cropped.
Preparation of raw materials
After market research and creating a complete design with a keychain, the next step is the process of selecting the right leather material to produce. There are many different types of skin that can be used, but the most popular is wax leather. Choosing the right leather material is also the key to creating a unique shape of the keychain, bringing a beauty and durability of the product. Last but not least, preparing other materials such as stainless steel plates, buttons, hangers.
Cut and process the parts that make up the product
The next step in the process of making a leather briefcase is tanning to make a beautiful piece of leather, suitable for making keychain. For each skilled craftsman, there is a unique way of tanning to remove the imperfections of rough skin such as smell, many impurities, ... and highlight the most outstanding features of each skin type, clear skin, smoother, no more unpleasant smell,...
Designers will then cut the leather into different parts to create the product. This step requires experienced leather workers to accurately calculate in accordance with their designs.
After the leather has been cut into separate parts, the leather cutter must mark the grafting area for the next production step. Press the button 3/4 position onto leather. Outside of leather engraving DAD/DADDY or whatever customers wish. As regards to the metal, it will be a printed image that customers request by laser. The back of the metal will be engraved text according to customers' requirements.
Assembling and finishing products
At this stage, we assemble pieces of cut leather along with buttons and hangers, and close 1/4 button position.
Check quality and packing
Once a keychain has been sewn, the next important step is to check the finished product. With this step, the operation team will check whether the keychain has been produced according to the customer's requirements or not, whether the product has any errors before sending the product to customers.
Any unsatisfactory keychain and poor quality will be discarded and resent to the factory to remake. Meanwhile, the standard design will come to the next stage of product packaging. Products are packed in a cloth bag with the company card. Finally transferred to the carrier for delivery to the buyer.
