Refund Policy

By placing an order, You confirm that You have read, understood and accepted these following policy.

Returns

Our policy lasts 15 days from arrival date. If 15 days have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We accept the return on products which were shipped out by us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item or damaged item). Item(s) must be returned together with proof of purchase.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our support team via support@lehills.com for more information.

Please be informed that you have to pay the return shipping fee.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

In case you cannot return the item, proofs of the faulty item, including videos or pictures, have to be sent along with the proof of purchase.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

For bulk orders over $100, we have immediately processed to meet the delivery schedule. Therefore, if you would like to cancel, we can only support refunding 70% of your order.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time (2-5 business days) before a refund is posted.

Missing item

If you do not receive your package after 35 days from your shipping confirmation email, we offer partial or full refund or full replacement. Please get back to us at support@lehills.com for quickest response.

 Please note that sometimes packages are delayed or rerouted because of unusual circumstances. If you weren't home when we tried to deliver your package, you can use the tracking barcode number on the paper slip your carrier left to schedule a redelivery.

Cancel order

You can only cancel your order within 6 hours from purchasing time of the same dayAfter 6 hours, your cancellation request won't be processed at any costs.

Please note that after completing your payment, your order can only be cancelled from our side, so please reach us at support@lehills.com if you have any questions.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@lehills.com
